Members of The Healthy Materials Lab packed their bags for Minneapolis last week in anticipation of seeing the innovative, forward thinking and human health centered affordable housing complex The Rose. Aeon has dressed the interiors with only durable non-toxic finishes, providing both a case study and strong example for the use of healthy materials. When the housing complex opens later this year, it will be one of the greenest buildings in the Twin Cities as part of the Living Building Challenge program.
The Healthy Materials Lab is proud to partner with The Rose Project, sharing health information, best practices and results in an effort to shift the market towards non-toxic materials.
